How to be complete Healthy in Body and Mind!

First of all put a meditation technique in every day life,some invigorating yoga asanas,and learn to take energy with every breath.Add a healthy menu diet which you follow without exceptions,(persistent wins).Be carefull about your way of thinking,(no negative etc thoughts),and try to have right contacts with right people,this is very important..

Try all above for at least one month and you will notice a big difference.

In the begining i suppose you need a guide.Do not Nataranj.
